October Workshops

Hosted 2 brilliant workshops in October. I love at the beginning of a workshop when I ask everyone what kind of ideas they have for their pieces and then seeing what they actually end up going home with. Safe to say there is always a massive difference from start to finish.

The Do-Over

It’s never too late to change your mind. I painted these table and chairs a while back and afterwards Anna saw a similar table on Pinterest which was painted but stained on top. She fell in love with the look so she contacted me to see if there was any way I could do that with her table even though it was already painted. Never one to say no to a challenge I think its safe to say it was a massive success. A lot of elbow grease but totally worth it ❤❤❤

Retro Rage

Sometimes a piece just does not go to plan and this one really tried my patience lol. It took about 3-4 attempts to get it right. Taking colours out, putting colours in etc. In the end though it was worth the frustration 😂😂. This fab mid century piece is now available in my facebook shop. xx Colourtrend Paints Squeeze, Nettle Soup and Baked Plum
